Deshabilitar en los cores ULAplus y demás extras.
Re: Deshabilitar en los cores ULAplus y demás extras.
The best solution for optional enable/disable extras from BIOS, is to put ZX-Next core at the point of core9!
This core gives you the option to enable/disable everything! (sound chip, ULAplus, turbo mode, exdos and more!)
Also gives you ZX48,ZX128,ZX80,ZX81,JupiterAce cores and you will free BIOS core's points at ZX-uno BIOS!

Re: Deshabilitar en los cores ULAplus y demás extras.
These ZX80, 81 and jupiter ace are not cores on the Next, but they are emulation ROMS by Paul Farrow. Same roms that you can test on a real +2a/+3 and also on the zxuno.bakoulis escribió: Also gives you ZX48,ZX128,ZX80,ZX81,JupiterAce cores and you will free BIOS core's points at ZX-uno BIOS!
By the way, the zxuno does have a real Jupiter Acer core
Re: Deshabilitar en los cores ULAplus y demás extras.
Anyway, It's actually another way of making those games work. I will be for sure adding the TTBlue core to my ZX-Uno, just because I want to see how it works.
On the other hand, I think I've read the ZX80, ZX81 and Jupiter Cores are not exactly cores, but the Spectrum hardware with those computers ROMs, so I doubt it can replace the Jupiter Ace core. Not sure aboy this though, it's long time since I read it.
Edit: post by chernandezba while I was writing confirms this last thing and explains it much better

You can also use ZEsarUX to see how TBBlue worksUto escribió:Anyway, It's actually another way of making those games work. I will be for sure adding the TTBlue core to my ZX-Uno, just because I want to see how it works.

I knew it. But the roms emulation of zxnext, will save space for new cores at zxuno BIOS!chernandezba escribió:These ZX80, 81 and jupiter ace are not cores on the Next, but they are emulation ROMS by Paul Farrow. I don't know if is possible to put ZXnext core to the place of spectrum core (place1) of zxuno
Re: Deshabilitar en los cores ULAplus y demás extras.
I'll explain: It's shocking that the "best solution" would be substituting the ZX-UNO native core for a Next core (essentially that is what it sounded) for a trivial config adjustments that will be added eventually.
