Can I increase the volume for TAPE-OUT? then I want to be able to store my own programs on a real audio cassette.

Are you using the last core? (T24-28022017) I redesigned the mixer so it has now a louder output. Anyway, afair, the output level of the previous cores should be more than enough for the LINE IN of a standard cassette player. It is indeed louder than the original Spectrum MIC output.
