Hello.

I think it's time to make sepparate topic for it.

Let's begin from point: what is already I did?
  • Pure assembly UART driver
  • Some parts of ESP8266 routines(enougth to download file via http)
  • One command to configure all mine utils(.iwconfig)
  • Simple and buggy but working .wget dot-command
  • scl2trd utility - need for converting downloaded games from vtrd.in
Can you get it? You may -
wget-src.zip
(5.5 KiB) Descargado 44 veces
and
iwconfig.zip
(2.91 KiB) Descargado 39 veces
What I plan to do?
  • VTRD.IN client that's helps download games from internet
  • platoTerm port(and C bindings for mine asm library)
  • Simplified gopher client(does it really need? I don't know. But I think it may be usefull)
You want use parts of this software? Use it!

WOW.. just wow!... This is a wonderful development!... Id hoped to get my ZX Evo online by hooking up the RS232 cable but to no avail, so Im utterly thrilled to hear that someone has managed to get a ZX Uno up and running using this!... Glad to see your having much more success!!... :plasplas: After you've tweaked it to perfection, please do write a guide for us beginners so that we mere mortals can follow in your footsteps!!!... :maestro:

This is a great development - please keep going with this one!...

Very cool indeed. But please consider doing a PLATO client that uses hi-res mode.

Hello guys(and girls? and other folks who doesn't guys or gilrs?!) again!

Here working platoTerm(in standard speccy screen)!

You need extract this zip to your SD card, boot with your UART core and first time create wifi config:

Código: Seleccionar todo

.iwconfig SSID PASS
After it, you may run platoNet.tap and connect to plato-server.

After using it and if you want use other network tool(or if you reboot your uno and want use platoNet again) you must call next dot command:
.esprst
It quits direct mode from esp and resets it.

Or you may power down and power up again your zx-uno

Sources will be opened at next week

Please send me personal note
