Compilar el firmware
Re: Compilar el firmware
Any chance of a public link to your 0.56u2 firmware version, or is it still too experimental?...
Has there been any talk of these ideas being incorporated into the official firmware source - they'd make great feature additions!...

I started patching the BIOS yesterday, and started learning (hmm.. re-learning) Z80 assembler 3 month ago. I don't think any of my changes is specially risky, but I may be wrong, so I just saying if you use this firmware, do it at your own risk. If you still want it, just send me a pm
About this features being incorporated int the official firmware, is up to the ZX-Uno team to decide.
Re: Compilar el firmware
You are too modest!... Most of us humble users couldn't have figured out how to add those features!!!
Private request sent via PM
Looking forward to trying it out when I am off duty from my nursing job...

Re: Compilar el firmware - THANKS!
Works well here!... Thanks Uto!... It is much less fiddly changing cores now with this new set up... It has tempted me to experiment and explore other cores now that I can flip so easily between them... Thanks for that!... It would be nice to see these improvements get integrated into the main Bios stream some time!...

Hi Uto
Yesterday, have flashed the T24 and 0.56u at my ZXUNO.
Now the build in ROM games, have corrupted graphics and the games freeze to the first or second screen!
Although, the games in my SD cards works well, as it should. Only the ROM games affected. Very strange...

I cannot be 100% sure, but I don't see how any of my changes may affect how ROMs are loaded, but I've tried to reproduce your issue and had no success.
I tried JetPac, TrazAm and Lala Prologue and could play all of them for some minutes in two different ZX-Unos, with several combinations of PAL/VGA T22/T24, and 0.55/0.56u2 firmware.
Try to flash official firmware again and see if anything changes, though maybe the problem is with the core update and not the firmware, as you did both together, is difficult to say, but you may try to reflash T24 or previous one also.
Re: Compilar el firmware
Maybe my T24 file was corrupted. Can you post a link with a tested T24 core?
Re: Compilar el firmware
I used this firmware from here.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/5dsnlinldb1tt ... o.zip?dl=0
Is this version the 0.56u2 firmware?
