Using a Special UsB cable to connect a ZX-Uno 4.1 to a ZX Recreated Spectrum keyboardrd

Antonio mentioned to me recently that a new special cable , to link a ZX-Uno 4.1 to a ZX Recreated Spectrum keyboard may soon be available ,on his web store , for the 4.1 version of the ZX-Uno (so this is nothing to do with the GO+ or similar ideas).
So my question is :- What else will need to be done apart from fit the cable to link them together? Is it easy? Is there an "easy-peasy" account of how to do this ( eg an account called something like :-Connecting a ZX-Uno 4.1 to a ZX Recreated Spectrum keyboard FOR DUMMIES )?
