The very big problem with the ZX-UNO (XL) is the MiniDIN9 element on Eagle library.
Poor design !!!!!

Few pins on the schematics not same as the part (PCB design) pins of element.

It can not be repaired on the PCB.

Very annoying !

The first SD card's problem was:

I watched the SD card with a partition manager.
And the status has ACTIVE.
After I made it inactive (NONE), the ESXDOS files loaded perfectly.

The all files uncompressed.
I'ts strange because the flash i recovered (with recovery.bit) from SD Card.

How important ? :
- FAT or FAT32
- cluster size
- SD Card volume name
- this card is 4GB Apacher micro sd with sd adapter

I copyed all files to FAT formatted SD card.
I tryed with 48K Spectrum (CORE1.ZX1).

Not loading ESXDOS.SYS , NMI.SYS and BETADISK.SYS.
